Spain, beautiful land full of opportunities
for bike, hike or just relax |
Cheap, good Fun does exist ! I didn't wasted one single € in hotels or restaurants, my spending were limited to food. I was carrying 15 € in food with me and spent another 15 € during the trip. This is 30 € for one week on the road, that's definitely not too expensive. 1 € is -very roughly - 1 US-$. Or to be more precise, 1€ = 0,90 US-$.
The average values are referring only to full days, while the Totals include
also the two 1/2days

I may assume, that during late spring or early summer - May or June - with
daylight from 5:00 until 21:00, I would have a Road Time of 13 hours (7:30 until
20:30), and with around 55 % Action Time 7:15 hours of pure biking. Taking an
average speed of 17 km/h into account, the daily "mileage" would be
120 km.
65 % of Action time would increase it to 145 km/ day. Enough to make 1.000 km
in a week.
Sounds like an interesting challenge to me...
